The Promoters, Mr. Balakrishna Suvarna is well known in Mangalore and more particularly in the vicinity of Kardi/ Nanthoor/ Mallikatte/ Maroli area.

After graduation, for 20 years he was into business of hotel and retail consumer products. During this time, he has realized the potential in construction business and in 1997, he has diversified into land development and construction business. He also served as the ex-director of PCARD bank for few years. He has ventured into buying land, converting them into sites, and selling them. Later on he has constructed houses/villas and sold them into many happy families. He has recently constructed a residential tower, named MB towers in Coconut Garden.

Now he has larger plan to develop construct and sell beautiful designed flats, and that's how he has decided to construct MB Residency and MB Nest.
